hello everyone!
today I bring you as choosing the perfect red for your skin shade, I thought the red it does not fit until you feel it was wrong choosing tono.Though recognize already that red lips resacho all kinds of imperfections that you have in the skin so here sure if you're going to wear red lips cover all the little marks of acne you have.
this post is connected to MOVIES AND RED LIPSTICK
separating it into two parts so that not so long.
Look at the veins on the underside of your forearm. If they are mostly blue, you are cool;mostly green, you are warm.
I hope you find it useful here I leave the list of my favorite lipsticks:
1. Essence Longlasting Lipstick in All You Need Is Red (R44) – Believe you me, if you try any of these Essence lipsticks, you will be IN LOVE! I own three, and they are to die for. The red swatches really pigmented, but is also super-hydrating, so if you need a red that really won’t break the bank, THIS is it!
2. Wet n Wild Megaslast Lipstick in Stoplight Red (R50) – I’ve underestimated the Wet n Wild range! To be honest, my first reaction was ‘cheap and nasty, and with a name like that?!’ Boy, was I wrong! Although the brand name is a bit too … well … stripperish for my poor prudish soul, the lipsticks are NOT to be underestimated! This red is, as the name suggests, a statement red, and some would even consider this a dupe for MAC Ruby Woo.
3. Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in Red Revival – Who doesn’t love a bit of Maybelline? No-one can write a ‘best drugstore makeup’ post without featuring some Maybelline. This lippie is a beautiful red, the packaging matches the colour, so no frantic label reading, and it’s rich and creamy. Yes please.
4. Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Personne ne Rouge! (R135) – So, first of all, this brand is AWESOME and if you haven’t checked their products yet, do yourself a favour and hop over to a Clicks. Second of all, did you know that Bourjois is produced by the same cosmetic house that also does the Chanel brand? The perfect excuse to have yourself a bit of Chanel without going into major debt! This longlasting gloss is the perfect intense red, and high quality! I am besotted with the packaging.
5. Revlon Colorstay Lip Butter in Candy Apple (R135) – Statement reds not your thing? Fear not, because this gorgeous coral red applies sheer, and is super-moisturising, so you won’t have the hassle of lipstick bleeding into and over fine lines, and sitting on your teeth! This is a perfect handbag staple, or the perfect ‘first’ for the lipstick virgin.
6.) L’Oreal Colour Riche Privee Collection Red Lipstick in Jullianne (R140) – Wow, what a long name, but a great lipstick! I can’t get enough of this and I am wearing it on my lips as we speak! There are five different reds, all modeled after super-celebrities. Isn’t it fitting that Jullianne Moor is my favourite ginger, and her red lipstick suits me best?
7.) Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Fire and Ice (R150) – One of the most iconic reds in the Revlon brand, this shade has been around since the 1950’s and is definitely a pin-up girl colour of note! If you are looking for a diva-red lipstick, this is your hero-product. This is a blue-toned, retro-red beauty for girls who want to add va-va-voom to their looks!
8.) Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in Mayfair Lady Red (R99) – The formula, the pigment, the everything! This is definitely one of the best lipsticks under R100 that I came across, and this shade is a beautiful statement colour.
9.) NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Amsterdam (R100) – Not quite a lipstick, not quite a gloss, this product is not to be shoved in a purse and forgotten about! The product applies like a gloss, dries like a balm, and presents like a beautiful matte lipstick! So if you are not quite a lipstick girl, but still want to get your red fix, this is it.
10. L’Oreal Color Extraordinaire in Ruby Opera (R150) – An actual gloss with the staying power of a lipstick! Love shine but don’t want to sacrifice the pigments? This is BEAUTIFUL. And the tube? Love at first sight, it looks so glam!
xoxo, male
